A stroll in the park

As the weather was good, I met up with Gerald, David, Sarah etc. for an evening at black park. We had a kickaround with a football, ate strawberries , walked around and of course, no trip would be complete without a visit to the adventure playground!

We left the park at around 8pm (when the car park closes) and headed round to Sarah's to chill out and play games.

Not a bad evening :)

Nooooo!

Woke up this morning, looking forward to following Manchester United v Chelsea in the hope that we might get something out of the game and prevent Chelsea from being crowned premiership champions for the second time in a row, at least for another week.

Unfortunately, it wasn't to be. United were battered 3-0 by Chelsea, meaning Chelsea become one of the few teams to win consecutive premiership titles. One of those teams is Manchester United, who've managed it 4 times!

On top of that, Wayne Rooney went off injured towards the end of the second half. From what I heard, it sounded bad and could be damaging to England's World Cup hopes...

So far then, not a great day but at least the sun's shining. On that note, I'm going to go and have a kickaround.
